Relationship stress can have a real impact on your physical health! Getting regular exercise is important for good physical and mental health. Exercise can help stimulate parts of your brain that aren’t as responsive when you’re feeling depressed and it promotes the release of much needed “feel-good “brain chemicals. Oh, and, you "feel good" when you know you "look good!" There is nothing better than feeling "right and tight" in a pair of jeans, dress or even leggings! While getting a revenge body may be on the list, working out the stress through exercise will not only get you that revenge body but will set you on a lifelong path to great health!
You deserve this! You got this!
